HVAC MAINTENANCE
IS Good For Your Bank Account
Keep Your Utility Bill Low
One of the main reasons you should maintain their HVAC unit is to save money.
How do you save money? Well, If your home is properly insulated, and your HVAC unit that is running efficiently you’re spending way less on electricity and other heating and cooling costs.
Preventative maintenance also saves you from having to pay much higher amounts for emergency services when you’re in need of last minute repairs or entire unit replacements.
No More Emergency Repairs
Your HVAC unit may need emergency repairs now and then. But, a well-maintained unit is less likely to fail during the months you need it most (June through September and December through March).
Keeping a unit up-to-date on all inspections and maintenance checks means less worry that the unit will break down when it is needed the most.
Healthy Air For Your Household
Your HVAC unit not only keeps you and your family warm or cool, it also prevents problems with air quality.
Clean filters and coils mean better breathing for everyone in the home. An unmaintained HVAC unit is a breeding ground for dirt, mold and bacteria, all of which can cause or worsen respiratory problems.
If your family is allergy prone, it’s a good idea to keep your unit clean and properly maintained
